Using latest Zoom for Mac on latest macOS Catalina. I’m forgetting other steps, but the gist is, still getting the error. When clicking on Zoom for the first time, instructors may see an error message that indicates an invalid email address. Submitted two tickets to Zoom Support, but still no reply. Tried the latest version of Zoom for iOS. Uninstalled and installed latest version of Zoom for Mac. Tried clicking the zoom link instead of typing it in.
I have the correct ID because they haven’t changed it and I have been able to use that meeting ID with success up until a week ago.
Confirmed with administrator that they haven’t changed the meeting ID. Confirmed that it’s right, but still getting that error. If it doesnt, you can proceed to update and install the latest version. Zoom error code 1003 is an account-related error. But before attempting to update the app, you can log out and relaunch Zoom to see if it helps. When you receive Zoom error code 1003, you will see the message, 'Account is Disabled. Checking the meeting ID and trying again. Invalid meeting ID errors can occur due to an outdated version of the Zoom app. If you work at Zoom or know of a workaround, please let me know. Anyone else encounter this error? It’s been keeping me out of work meetings for a week now, and we can’t get anyone at Zoom to look into this because of covid / free / paid conditions.
